Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Plong ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. The Service

Plong provides accounting, invoicing, tax-preparation, inventory, CRM and related business tools for Cambodian small and medium enterprises. Features vary by plan (Free or Pro). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account & data

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for how members of your organisation use the Service. You retain ownership of your business data. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store content you have no right to store.

4. Tax & financial figures

Plong helps prepare tax figures (VAT, Tax on Salary, NSSF, and GDT filings) and accounting records, but it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing all figures and for your filings and payments to the General Department of Taxation and other authorities. Verify totals before submitting.

5. Plans, billing & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period and paid via KHQR/Bakong. Access to Pro features continues until the end of a paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and may suspend access to protect the Service or other users.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plong is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
